Fry Cook Haikus

Slap hiss scrape crackle
So cooks the merry burger
Whole wheat bun awaits.

Long slender and white
Enters the popping cauldron
Exits tan and French.

Sweat beads on red face
Flies buzz loudly overhead
Then fall in the food.
